MDH issues new guidance for restaurants and bars regarding party sizes, dancing
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the Minnesota Department of Health issued new guidance for bars and restaurant regarding party sizes and dancing.
According to the new guidance, restaurants may not seat parties larger than 10 people at a table.
In bar areas, party sizes are limited to four customers.
In regards to dancing, bars and restaurants that are open for regular food and beverage service may not allow customers to dance. Bars and restaurants that host celebrations and events have a specific set of guidelines they are required to follow. Live music is however permitted in bars and restaurants.
