Mall of America set to reopen June 10
After closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic and civil unrest following George Floyd's death, Mall of America is set to reopen next week.
According to MOA's website, it will reopen June 10.
The news comes after Gov. Tim Walz announced Friday that Phase III of the 'Stay Safe MN' plan for reopening the state will go into effect on June 10.
Mall of America postpones Monday reopening
The mall closed to shoppers in March due to COVID-19 but some stores had been offering curbside pickup before George Floyd died in police custody on Memorial Day, sparking riots and civil unrest in the Twin Cities and across the country and the world.
More details are expected to be posted on the mall's website.
