Windy weather with possible rain expected Sunday, into next week

There will be a wind advisory Sunday starting at 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., according to KSTP Meteorologist Jonathan Yuhas.

Yuhas said the wind on Sunday will have a 20 to 40 MPH with a higher wind gust at times. On Sunday, the weather will likely be 71 degrees as the high and 60 degrees as the low. Rain is also possible late Sunday night.

Monday is expected to be cloudy and windy, with some rain and thunderstorms possible. The high is expected to be 62 degrees at noon then fall to around 40 degrees by 5 p.m., said Yuhas.

During the weekday, the rest of the weather is expected to be in the 40s and cloudy, with some more rain and possible snow expected later on in the week.
