Monday is the last day of summer, and it’s going to feel like it.
KSTP Meteorologist Sam Ryan said the high on Monday is expected to get into the high 70s with partly cloudy skies. There is a slight chance for isolated rain showers or even a thunderstorm, but most folks in the Twin Cities will stay dry.
The warm weather continues throughout the week, with highs in the high 70s and low 80s. The exception is Thursday, when the high is expected to top out around 69 degrees, Ryan said.
The best chance for rain this week will be Wednesday night into Thursday morning, depending on how Tropical Storm Beta evolves, Ryan said.
