Warm weather here for the weekend and beyond

Warm weather is expected to return for the weekend and stick around for a while.

According to KSTP Meteorologist Jonathan Yuhas, the low is supposed to drop to slightly above freezing Friday night before rising to a high of 62 degrees Saturday. Partial cloud cover is expected to accompany the warm temperatures.

Sunday will be slightly cooler with a high of 54 and a low of 36, however, the warmth will return by the beginning of next week. High temperatures are forecast to be in the 60s all week long with a high of 70 expected Wednesday.

Sun and partial clouds will be around through Thursday when a chance for thunderstorms rolls through from Thursday night into Friday morning.
