Warm and sunny Friday comes ahead of weekend storms

The pleasant summer weather we’ve had all week will continue into Friday, according to KSTP Meteorologist Jonathan Yuhas.
Expect sunny to partly cloudy skies and a light breeze Friday with a high of 85 degrees and a low of 66 at night, Yuhas said.
The humidity is set to return this weekend, bringing chances for storms with it. There’s an 80% chance for scattered thunderstorms Saturday afternoon and evening in the Twin Cities. Those storms could carry into Sunday morning as well.
