Tornado warning issued for Otter Tail County

A tornado warning issued for Otter Tail County expired at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
According to the National Weather Service, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located at 6 p.m. over Richville, Minnesota, moving south at 15 mph.
