Elevated temperatures and humidity could produce a few rain showers and thunderstorms Wednesday night, according to KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl.

The high on Wednesday is projected to be in the low 80s, and it’s forecast to be sunny most of the day, with clouds developing in the evening. The temperature should cool down after the rains move through, with highs sliding down to the low 70s on Thursday, Dahl said.

Some warmer air is expected to waft into the area on Friday, bringing high temperatures into the upper 70s. It will feel even more like summer on Saturday when highs will reach the lower 80s.
