High temperatures, humidity expected throughout the week

Thursday will be mostly sunny and warm with a high of 86 degrees, according to KSTP Chief Meteorologist Ken Barlow.

Later in the night, Thursday will become cloudy and more humid, said Barlow.

Friday is expected to be hot and humid with an isolated thunderstorm during the night. The temperature is expected to hit a high of 90 degrees and a low of 75 degrees.

As for the weekend, Saturday is expected to be extremely humid and hot with a few thunderstorms. The high is expected to be 94 degrees, with the heat index making the temperatures go up to 100 to 105 degrees.

Sunday is expected to be less humid but still warm with some more isolated thunderstorms.

Temperatures for next week are expected to go back down to the 80s, but scattered thunderstorms throughout the week are expected.
