Heat and humidity expected to persist through middle of week

The heat and humidity is expected to last through Wednesday, with some storms accompanying it.
According to KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl, the jet stream isn’t expected to change much during the early part of this week, which will cause the heat and humidity to stick around through Wednesday.

Along with the heat and humidity, storms are going to be off and on through the early week, with the strongest storm possibilities Monday night and Wednesday night.
Highs are forecast to be in the low 90s until Wednesday when temperatures will drop. Highs will only hit the 70s by this weekend with lower humidity.
