If you have any outdoor Father’s Day activities planned for Sunday, it might be a good idea to do them in the morning and early afternoon, according to KSTP Meteorologist Nicole Mitchell.
Mostly sunny skies will give way to rain showers and thunderstorms — with an isolated chance for severe storms — by the late afternoon Sunday, Mitchell said. The stormy weather will likely continue throughout the evening. Expect a high of 84 and a low of 64 at night.
The chances for rain and thunderstorms continue through the middle of the week, although there will be plenty of dry breaks, Mitchell said.
