Cooler weekend before even colder weather arrives next week

We’ll have cooler weather in the metro this weekend but it will still be nicer than the weather next week.
KSTP Meteorologist Wren Clair said Saturday’s high temperature will be around 76 degrees with a low of 56.

Some scattered storms could make their way through the area Saturday but it’s not expected to be a washout. Skies will be mostly cloudy, however.
Sunday will struggle to even get to 70 but should have a little more sunshine. Looking at next week, high temperatures will dip into the 50s by Wednesday with more rain expected.
