Cool, breezy Saturday with warm-up ahead

Expect some mild conditions this weekend before a week of hot and humid weather.

Saturday looks to be rather cool with high temperatures topping out around 70 degrees, according to KSTP Meteorologist Jonathan Yuhas. Look forward to sunny skies and lighter humidity than we’ve seen in the past week.

That humidity will start to increase on Sunday, when we’ll have warmer temperatures as well, with highs in the mid-70s, Yuhas said.

Starting on Monday, we start to see some chances for thunderstorms, and on Tuesday the high temperature could breach 90 degrees for the first time this year.

According to Yuhas, highs should be consistently in the 80s throughout the week, which is above the average high of 75 for this time of year.
