Sunday’s heavy snow brought some excitement, but looking ahead, the forecast is much quieter.

KSTP Meteorologist Wren Clair said to expect a week of unseasonably cold weather without much precipitation.

Monday looks to be cloudy with wind and some isolated rain in the afternoon, but as the temperature falls from the high 30s into the 20s, we could see some scattered light snow showers, Clair said.

The colder weather continues on Tuesday, when we can expect a high of 38 and a low of 20.

Then we should see a gradual warming trend throughout the week with highs going from the mid-40s on Wednesday to the low 60s on Saturday, Clair said.
