Two hospitalized after car strikes building
A car sits at 8th Street and LaSalle Avenue in Minneapolis after striking a building
Two people were taken to the hospital after their vehicle struck a building in Monday night in downtown Minneapolis.
Police say the vehicle was traveling eastbound on 8th Street at high speeds around 11 p.m. when the driver lost control, striking a building at LaSalle Avenue. The vehicle had been previously stolen.
Both occupants had non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
The incident is under investigation.
