Traffic returns to normal on I-94 after crash near Hudson

Traffic on westbound I-94 near Hudson has returned to normal following a crash that occurred Friday morning.
According to KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith, the crash blocked two lanes of traffic.
Traffic returned to normal by 9 a.m.
