State Patrol: More than 300 crashes reported since noon Tuesday amid snowfall
UPDATE: The Minnesota State Patrol reported an additional 121 crashes from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday. The crashes resulted in 16 injuries but none were serious or fatal. An additional 118 vehicles spun out or off the road and five semis jackknifed.

UPDATE: The Minnesota State Patrol says 212 crashes were reported across Minnesota between noon Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday as snow fell around the state. Of those crashes, 12 resulted in injuries, and one in Faribault County was fatal.
There were also reports of 236 vehicles that spun out or left the road and eight jackknifed semi-trucks.

Law enforcement is responding to accidents across Minnesota Tuesday night as continued snowfall makes for slippery road conditions.
As of 5 p.m., the Minnesota State Patrol said troopers had just nine reports of crashes but 17 other vehicles had spun out or run off the road.
New round of snow to move through state Tuesday into Wednesday
Travelers are urged to slow down and drive cautiously during the snowfall.
Some areas of the state could get as much as five inches of snow from Tuesday’s system.
