State patrol investigating fatal hit-and-run on Highway 23 near St. Cloud

The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash involving a bicycle that occurred on Highway 23 near St. Cloud.
According to the state patrol’s incident report, a bicyclist was hit by an eastbound vehicle just after 5:30 a.m. The vehicle then left the scene.
Anyone who may have information about the crash is asked to contact the Minnesota State Patrol office in St. Cloud.
The crash caused a closure of Highway 23. The highway has since reopened.
