Memorial Day is the unofficial start of the summer for many Americans, and with that comes summer travel.
This Memorial Day is expected to be quite a bit different, however, with only 14% of travelers saying they’d feel safe taking a flight and only 17% saying they’d feel safe in a hotel or resort, according to a U.S. travel association survey.
However, people seem to feel safer driving, the CEO of RVShare Jon Gray said.
"What the industry is seeing right now is the desire to travel remains there, the concern about being away from crowds though is also there," Gray said.
With gas prices at their lowest Memorial Day Weekend price in over two decades, the roads could be more crowded.
