Authorities investigate medical emergency in Little Canada

Authorities remained at the scene of a medical emergency in Little Canada early Monday morning.

KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith reported the ramp from northbound Interstate 35E to westbound Highway 36 closed late Sunday night just after the incident.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation told Smith authorities responded to the medical emergency before reporting a fatality.

The ramp reopened Monday morning.
