3 teens charged in St. Paul light rail station assault
Three 15-year-old boys have been charged in connection to a light rail assault case that occurred in St. Paul on May 4, according to the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office.
A spokesperson for the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office said the teens have been charged with gross misdemeanor harassment with intent to injure and fifth-degree misdemeanor assault.

Authorities say the teens harassed and kicked a woman at a St. Paul light rail station.
The county attorney’s office says the investigation remains active. The investigation has not revealed any indication that racial or ethnic bias was involved.
According to the county attorney’s office, the victim’s injuries did not warrant a felony-level charge.
Because of the age of the boys, the juvenile petitions have not been released.
