At the event, there will be places to snag selfies, and attendees can take a trip back in time and look at the first 100 years of women’s basketball. People of all ages can also enjoy games, giveaways, food and basketball contests at the celebration.
Attendees will be able to listen to “Beyond the Baseline” panel discussions led by women leaders who will connect the dots between business and basketball and offer leadership advice.

Organizers said this event is to honor the legacy of players from the past.
“It’s really a great opportunity to show the community how wonderful and how proud and exciting it is to be in women’s sports right now and to celebrate the incredible student-athletes who have competed all year long,” said Anne Clendenin, a representative for the Minnesota Local Organizing Committee.
Tourney Town is free and open to the public Friday through Sunday during Final Four weekend.
