Victim of fatal Friday night shooting in St. Paul identified

The victim of a fatal shooting in the North End neighborhood of St. Paul that happened Friday night has been identified.
St. Paul police identified the victim as 28-year-old Kenneth Hayes Jr.
The department said, as of Monday morning, no arrests had been made in the case.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 651-266-5650.
Officers responded to the 1600 block of Jackson Street at about 11:15 p.m. Friday. There, they found Hayes lying outside a multi-family home and suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers attempted lifesaving measures but Hayes was pronounced dead at the scene.
