UPDATE: Traffic moving after overturned semi on I-35W in Minneapolis caused delays

Traffic was moving once again after an overturned semi truck on Interstate 35W caused major delays Tuesday morning.
The scene was cleared just before 10 a.m., according to Minnesota Department of Transportation traffic cameras.
KSTP Traffic Reporter Hanna Conway reported the incident happened on the interstate near Hennepin Avenue.
She said traffic was initially able to pass the scene via the interstate’s shoulder.
All lanes were open once again just before 10 a.m.
