UPDATE: Missing Bloomington woman with Alzheimer's located, safe

UPDATE: A woman who was reported missing in Bloomington has been located and is safe.

Bloomington Police said Monday morning that the woman, named Dawn, was found by her grandson.

Police said she was "Muddy, chilly, but healthy, and very happy."

Police thanked the public for the help.


The Bloomington Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a senior woman with Alzheimer's disease.

The woman, whose name is Dawn, was last seen on the 10100 block of James Avenue. She has gray hair and was wearing dark pants, a light shirt, several necklaces and glasses. 

Anyone who sees her is asked to call 911.
