UPDATE: Diane Johnson found safe, is back with family

UPDATE: The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says Diane Johnson’s family found her safe Sunday evening.


Authorities are asking the public’s help in finding a Ramsey woman who went missing earlier this week.

According to the Ramsey Police Department, 66-year-old Diane Johnson was last seen around 6:51 p.m. Wednesday when she boarded a bus at Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake headed to Mall of America. Most recently, she was believed to be near Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport around 7:45 p.m. Friday.

Johnson is described as a Black woman who is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds with brown and gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt with "Minnesota" across the chest in red.

She has diabetes and uses medication daily. She is also known to use public transportation, police said.
