UPDATE: Cass County authorities locate missing 10-year-old girl

UPDATE: The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said Tuesday morning that Miikawaadizi (Mika) Whitefeather was located and is safe. Authorities thanked the public for helping find her.
Authorities in Cass County are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 10-year-old girl who was last seen with her father.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension identified the girl as Miikawaadizi (Mika) Whitefeather.
Miikawaadizi was last seen Sunday afternoon with her father Jonathan Whitefeather in the Cass Lake area.
Whitefeather was last seen driving a 1997 Marron Chevy Suburban with the Minnesota license plate number 632-TJW.
Miikawaadizi has brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black zip-up sweatshirt, purple leggings, a Bentleyville stocking hat and a red face mask.
