UPDATE: Brown County teen located safe, reunited with family

UPDATE: At 6:46 p.m., the Brown County Sheriff’s Office said Cub Westley Hoffmann, 17, has been located safe and is reunited with his family.

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Brown County teen.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension identified the boy as 17-year-old Cub Westley Hoffmann.
The BCA said Hoffmann left his home in Brown County without permission. He was last seen Thursday in St. Paul on Thomas Avenue West.
Hoffmann is described as being 5-feet-7-inches, weighing 210 pounds.
Anyone with information of his whereabouts is asked to call the brown County Sheriff’s Office.
