UPDATE: 2 kids found safe in Minneapolis

UPDATE: The two children who were removed by their non-custodial parent have been located safe in Minneapolis late Thursday night, according to the Moorhead Police Department.
Police said the case is still very active and when complete the case file will be forwarded to the County Attorney’s Office for appropriate charges.
Police in Moorhead are asking for the public’s help in finding two children who were removed by their non-custodial parent Thursday night.
According to police, the suspect was last seen driving a blue 2004 Chrysler Town and Country van with a lighter blue on the back and the Minnesota license plate number ESK673.
The suspect was identified as 40-year-old Arlow Johnson. He’s described as a Native American man, about 6 feet tall, around 205 pounds with long, brown hair. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans.
The older child is described as a 5-year-old Native American girl with long hair and bangs. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt with hearts on it and purple pants. The other child is a 2-year-old Native American girl with shoulder-length curly hair. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and black pants.
No pictures were immediately available.
