Three of the four suspects charged in a fatal Woodbury shooting are now in custody.

On Tuesday, authorities announced the arrest of a juvenile suspect. This person faces one count of aiding and abetting in second-degree murder and four counts of aiding and abetting second-degree assault.
A third person — 23-year-old Enrique Lucio Davila — has been charged via a warrant relating to the incident. Police are still looking for Davila. He faces one count of aiding and abetting in second-degree murder and four counts of aiding and abetting second-degree assault.
All three were formally charged on Friday.
Earlier this month, 35-year-old Keith Dawson was charged with drive-by shooting, assault with a dangerous weapon and illegal possession of a gun. His 14-year-old stepson, Demaris N. Hobbs-Ekdahl, was killed in the shooting.
Police advise the public to contact them regarding Davila’s whereabouts.
