State lawmakers return to St. Paul Tuesday

Tuesday will be the first day back at work for state lawmakers in Minnesota following the holiday recess.
Among the decisions still needing to be worked out include what to do with Minnesota’s more than $9 billion surplus, a tax plan, and more.

However, there is only a little more than a month to go before the 2022 legislative session will come to an end on May 23.
The 2022 session began Monday, January 31.
