St. Paul police seek therapy dog that was inside stolen vehicle

Police in St. Paul are seeking the public’s help in finding a therapy dog that was inside of a vehicle that was stolen Tuesday night.
According to police, Miracle is a Havanese or Lhasa Apso puppy and was in a vehicle that was stolen at about 7:30 p.m.
The vehicle is a black 2020 Hyundai Elantra with Texas license plates MZZ-500.
