St. Paul man dies weeks after being shot in the head

Police say a man who was found shot in the head three weeks ago in St. Paul has now died.

According to St. Paul police, 57-year-old James King Sr. was found inside his pickup truck on Feb. 9.

His vehicle was parked in the driveway of his home, located on the 200 block of Front Avenue on the city’s North End.

Police say King died on Tuesday after being in critical condition from the time he was shot.

As of Wednesday, police say no one has been arrested.

No information about possible suspects has been released as of this time.

Police say this is the city’s ninth homicide of 2022.
