Semi rollover closes ramp from Highway 52 to I-94 in St. Paul
A semi rollover Wednesday morning caused the ramp from Highway 52 northbound to Interstate 94 westbound in St. Paul to close.
KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said the semi appears to be hauling possibly shredded paper.
Tough spot for a semi rollover! This one’s on Hwy 52 NB to I-94 WB in St. Paul. You guess it: nobody’s getting through. https://t.co/wiagwePlXs pic.twitter.com/FThzJvbTRw

The Minnesota Department of Transportation is allowing vehicles that were backed up to go through before shutting the ramp completely down. MnDOT adds that it will take hours to clean the mess.
Shredded paper, maybe? That’s what this semi appears to be hauling on Hwy 52 NB to I-94 WB. MnDOT tells me they are letting some cars in the backup through, before they completely shut the ramp down. It will take hours to clean this mess up. https://t.co/wiagwePlXs pic.twitter.com/Cr48Gfr4AS
