Semi roll-over, crash cause headaches for Friday morning commute

Early-morning crashes blocked a lane and a ramp Friday.
KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said the left lane of eastbound Interstate 94 in St. Paul was blocked by a crash.

Meanwhile, Smith said a semi rollover blocked the ramp from northbound Interstate 494 to Tamarack Road in Woodbury.
Officials said the ramp would remain closed during the morning commute; it reopened at about 8:30 a.m., Smith said.
