Police seek suspect in connection to Blaine hit and run crash

Police in Blaine are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect believed to be connected to a hit and run crash.

According to police, the crash occurred on July 9 at Target.

The woman in question was seen driving a dark-colored passenger car.
