Police seek public's help on finding missing girl

The Minnesota Sheriffs' Association is asking the public's help on finding a missing girl.
According to a post, Ryanna Alms went missing on Monday from Red Wing.

Ryanna Alms went missing on 2/3/2020 from Red Wing.
She was last seen at the Pioneer Road neighborhood and got into a 4 door dark colored sedan at approximately 10:30 pm
