Police looking for driver of van involved in fatal St. Paul hit-and-run; victim identified
Police in St. Paul are looking for the driver of a van that is believed to have been involved in a fatal hit-and-run Thursday night.
St. Paul police said officers were called to the intersection of East Seventh and Eichenwald streets just before 6 p.m. Susan Elizabeth Harlan, 66, from St. Paul, was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
She was identified Friday afternoon.

The woman who died in Thursday night’s hit-and-run has been identified by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner as Susan Elizabeth Harlan, 66, of Saint Paul.

The department said officers found the van near the scene of the crash but haven’t found the driver.
