Police investigating shooting in Minneapolis’ Jordan neighborhood

Police are investigating a shooting Tuesday morning in Minneapolis’ Jordan neighborhood.

The Minneapolis Police Department said officers received reports of a shooting near 29th and Oliver avenues at about 10:30 a.m.

Officers arrived and found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound that is not believed to be life-threatening.

Officers also spoke with witnesses and believe shots were fired between two vehicles. The suspects fled before police arrived.

The victim was taken to a hospital.

The shooting remains under investigation.
