Police investigating 'suspicious' death in Maple Grove

The Maple Grove Police Department is investigating after a woman was found dead inside a home Tuesday afternoon.
According to a news release, Maple Grove police received a report of an unresponsive woman around 4 p.m. in a house on the 8600 block of Quarles Road.
When officers arrived, the victim, a 40-year-old woman, was found deceased. Her manner of death "appears suspicious," the release stated.
The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office is assisting in the investigation. No other information was immediately available.
