The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) sent out a news release Thursday stating the Pine County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding a 13-year-old girl.

The sheriff's office says Ivie Eileen Anderson last had a conversation with her mother around 2 p.m. Wednesday and her mother hasn't heard from her since.

Ivie was last seen wearing a white vest with a hood, black leggings and eyeglasses and was carrying a blue backpack. She is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing about 120 pounds with blue eyes and blue hair.

Authorities add her last possible location was in Stacy, Minnesota, with an unknown direction of travel. Family and law enforcement are concerned for her well-being.
