5 EYEWITNESS NEWS viewers are sharing their love of the great outdoors for Nature Photography Day Wednesday.
Check out the flora and fauna submitted by Minnesotans and Wisconsinites in the gallery below.
The June 15 holiday was launched in 2006 by the North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA) to “promote the enjoyment of nature photography, and to explain how images are used to advance the cause of conservation.”
NANPA says the event has gained traction worldwide.
Submit your nature photos at THIS LINK , whether they were taken at a grand waterfall or right in your backyard, for a chance to have them featured here.
