PHOTOS: Metro area covered in snow after overnight storm

Much of the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding areas are sitting under several inches of snow after a storm hit the state overnight.
Red Circled area of MSP from Burnsville to Woodbury has seen 8”-11” & Winds up to 40 mph have produced 2’-4’ foot Snow Drifts. Most of Twin Cities picked up 3”-8” with lowest amounts northwest Twin Cities. Snow tapers to Flurries by 10am but Gusty North Winds until 6pm. @KSTPpic.twitter.com/MrtBy6FeQk
