A “Hobbit house” built into a River Falls, Wisconsin, hillside is attracting national attention.
The two-bedroom, two-bath, 2,200-square-foot home on three acres was listed last week with an asking price of $315,0000. It was built in 1972.
“The amount of calls that I received was overwhelming,” Sara Capecchi with eXp Realty said. “Emails, texts messages, probably over a hundred every day I just couldn’t keep up.”
The home is now sold. We’ll learn the selling price next month once the buyer closes on the property.
“Someone who appreciated the unique architectural masterpiece or the design of the property and wanted to make it their own,“ Capecchi said
