We are learning new information into the shooting of a man and his 5-year-old daughter near the boat launch at White Bear Lake County Park.
The Ramsey County Sheriff's Office said, Monday afternoon, a man called 911 saying he and his 5-year-old daughter had been shot. The 24-year-old man is expected to survive, but his daughter is in serious condition.

A source tells 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS the shooting was gang related. They said the suspects were waiting in a car as the victims brought their boat to shore. Three shots were fired at three people in the boat. The source said the intended target wasn't struck, instead his twin brother and daughter were hit.
Investigators are looking for a dark blue or black Ford Edge involved in the shooting.
