Minneapolis squad car damaged in late night crash

Few details have been released about an overnight crash that left a Minneapolis police cruiser heavily damaged.

The crash happened near Central Avenue Southeast and 5th Street Northeast around 11:40 p.m. Sunday.

You can see the front end of the police department’s SUV is smashed up.

As of this time, it isn’t clear if anyone was injured.
