UPDATE: FBI says missing woman found, safe
UPDATE: The FBI says Azaria Sandifer has been found and is safe.
No other details regarding her whereabouts or the status of the man she was with have been released at this time.
In an update Friday, the Minneapolis division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation issued a missing person report for a woman last seen Thursday afternoon.
The FBI and Minneapolis police are working to investigate after the incident was reported as a kidnapping in the area of Webber Parkway and Lyndale Avenue North at about 12:17 Thursday.
In the missing person report, authorities identified the woman as Azaria Sandifer and stated she was last seen traveling in a gray 2005 Chevy Tahoe “with a known male acquaintance.”
The FBI reported Sandifer may be in the Twin Cities metro or traveling into western Wisconsin.

Earlier, the FBI stated it was working with Minneapolis police to investigate after a man, identified by authorities as Derrick Fasig, reportedly kidnapped a woman, identified as Sandifer.
Police and FBI officials reported the kidnapping happened at gunpoint.
According to police and FBI officials, Fasig is believed to be driving a Gray 2005 Chevy Tahoe, with Minnesota license plate number HSZ-193, east into Wisconsin.
Fasig is considered a person of interest in the case, the FBI confirmed Friday.
