MDH: 6 new COVID-19 deaths, 632 new cases

Monday, the Minnesota Department of Health reported:
- Six new deaths from COVID-19
- 632 newly-reported positive COVID-19 tests
Additionally, MDH said:
- 5.9 million COVID-19 vaccinations have been administered
- 2.99 million people have completed the vaccine series
- 68.8%% of those 16 and older have received at least one dose of the vaccine
