MDH: 3 new COVID-19 deaths, 1,032 new cases

On Tuesday*, the Minnesota Department of Health reported:

Three new deaths from COVID-19
1,032 newly-reported positive COVID-19 tests

Additionally, MDH said:

Over 5.8 million COVID-19 vaccinations have been administered
Over 2.9 million people have completed the vaccine series
68.4% of those 16 and older have received at least one dose of the vaccine
