Man who died following Powderhorn neighborhood shooting identified

A man who died after a shooting Friday morning in Minneapolis has been identified.
The shooting happened at about 7 a.m. in the area of 34th Street and Elliott Avenue South.
Police investigating fatal shooting in Powderhorn neighborhood
The man—identified by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office 33-year-old Jeremy Pierre Conley—was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center where he later died.
According to the medical examiner, Conley, of Minneapolis, died as the result of a gunshot wound to the chest. The manner of death has been ruled a homicide.
The Minneapolis Police Department has not yet indicated whether anyone is in custody in connection with the incident.
